Commercial Projects Co-Ordinator: Accommodation Services
Meagan has 20 years of experience, part of this stemming from her role as Commercial Projects Officer at the University of the Western Cape focusing on private student housing.
Eugene Baartjes
Project Manager, Buildings and Grounds
Eugene assumes the role of project manager for our buildings and grounds. His mathematical background and experience in construction gives him a sophisticated edge on even the most complicated aspects of building renovations.
Benedicte Siku
Admin Assistant
Bennie as we know her, has recently joined our company. she brings along with her home caring experience which is much needed when dealing with out of town students and guests.
Pauline Mangani
Cleaning Operations
Pauline has been working with us for 4 years and manages the cleaning and upkeep of our properties. Her friendly and helpful personality easily creates warmth with all our students and guests.

Housekeeping
Julie is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of our properties and public spaces. Ensuring that our students have a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Admin Assistant
Cleo is a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant supporting the daily operations at Uni-Partners. Her role involves connecting with clients, updating property listings, managing website content and handling general administrative tasks. She possess strong communication skills and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, contributing positively to the smooth functioning of our online accommodation platform and administration.

Admin Assistant
Leeshay joined our team, focusing on accommodation advertising and enquiries. She is responsible for incoming inquiries, and providing day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Leeshay is an enthusiast bringing her previous experience with a passion for customer service and administration to Uni-Partners.
